Hello! My name is Davis Barney and I am a freelance Audio Engineer based in Washington D.C.

I have worked live sound at numerous venues such as Wolf Trap National Park, The State Theatre of Falls Church, Union Stage, and The Old Presbyterian Meeting House, and as an in-house A/V technical lead at the Waldorf Astoria in D.C. I have also worked as an adjunct professor teaching audio at the Community College of Baltimore County. I have my own studio equipment which I use to create original music, edit podcasts, and produce sound effects.

I have years of experience with software such as Pro Tools and Ableton Live, as well as game tools such as Unity, Wwise, and Fmod. I have experience working with video and lighting as well.
